Cooking With Cops
PAL members will learn and have fun making simple dishes from our very own Beaverton PAL Police Officers.
The very popular Beaverton PAL Boxing Program is a non-profit volunteer based program established in 2001. It is designed to help at risk youth through Olympic style boxing.
Dance Classes (Hip-hop & Zumba)
HIP-HOP: Learn some choreography and dance to current songs play on the radio.
ZUMBA: Join in on the Latin-inspired dance fitness program. You’ll learn choreography and dance moves from salsa, samba, merengue, and mamba.
Girls’ Club thrive to empower the young women at PAL. During Girls’ Club meetings, the youth develop skills to help them better deal with peer pressure, establish self-worth and confidence, create short and long-term goals, and focus on optimism.
PAL members learn how to hand sew and make different projects like a pillow, purse, etc. Program Hours
Youth Leadership Team
To be a part of the YLT, you must be 12-18 years of age, pledge to be drug, alcohol, and tobacco free, positively represent Beaverton PAL, be a positive role model, conduct meaningful community service projects, be part of the National PAL Youth Leadership Program, develop and enhance skills in our monthly leadership trainings.
